Breast Cancer Support Group
The Breast Cancer Support Group offers a warm, friendly, supportive environment for the newly diagnosed and those in recovery and survival stages of breast cancer. We offer encouragement and information to anyone in the Palouse region with a personal history of breast cancer, and we provide education about this illness and possible treatments. We meet the third Wednesday of each month from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Pullman Regional Hospital. No fee.
If you have any questions, call Cathy Murphy, RN, (509) 432-6238, Birgitta Ingemanson, (509) 332-3002, or Nancy Wexler, (509) 432-3477.
Diabetes Education & Support Group
Talking with other people who share the challenges of day-to-day living with diabetes can be helpful. That is why many individuals with either newly diagnosed or long-term diabetes join our group. In addition, we offer education programs to help people keep up-to-date on current tools and techniques for managing diabetes.
We meet the second Monday of each month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm in conference rooms C/D at Pullman Regional Hospital. Meeting facilitator is Marilyn Burch, RD, CD.
If you have any questions please call or email Marilyn Burch at (509) 336-7543 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our meetings are open to everyone. Group meeting are being postponed until further notice. Thank you.

FLSG provides an opportunity to reach out to others who have had similar challenges and fosters an improved understanding of lifestyle management. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Support Group
More than just a bump on the head! Though not always visible and sometimes seemingly minor, head injury is complex. In many cases recovery becomes a lifelong process of adjustments and accommodations for the injured person and the family. Education is part of the advocacy process by which you can build awareness and acceptance. This group can also help match services and programs with your strengths and needs, develop partnerships with professionals and work toward changing the system. With the support and help of others, you and your family will be able to set out in a new, rewarding direction.
Join us on the 4th Monday of the month between 6pm and 8pm in Conference Room C of Pullman Regional Hospital.
