Background
Dr. Stephanie Fosback completed her general internal medicine training at the University of Washington in June 2009 before joining Palouse Medical and Pullman Regional Hospital. She values practicing in Pullman, where she can provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to the community.
In addition to primary care, Dr. Fosback is passionate about behavioral health integration. In 2015, she and Dr. Leslie Robison, PhD, launched an integrative care program focused on helping patients improve their mental and physical well-being. This collaboration has had a meaningful impact on patient care.
Dr. Fosback is also deeply committed to medical education. Since completing her residency, she has been dedicated to teaching medical students through the University of Washington, where she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor.

Dr. Fosback is a board-certified internist providing primary care at Palouse Medical. She enjoys helping patients stay healthy, manage chronic conditions, and improve their quality of life. She is passionate about the broad scope of internal medicine, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, individualized care tailored to their needs.
