Adult Protection Services

Alternatives to Violence on the Palouse

ATVP provides 24 hour emergency and supportive services to family and sexual violence victims and survivors and their children.


CHAS Clinic

CHAS is a non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) providing high-quality medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services to families and individuals of all ages, regardless of insurance status.


Circles of Caring Adult Day Health

Circles of Caring Adult Day Health is a day-use program that provides a safe, caring, and nurturing atmosphere for adults and elders. They provide a wide range of services specialized to assist participants with their medical, social, and family needs, while improving or maintaining their physical, social, and cognitive functioning. Adult Day Health staff provide a loving and welcoming environment that participants enjoy returning to again and again.


Council On Aging and Human Services

The Council on Aging & Human Services (COA-HS) is a private non-profit, public-benefit organization committed to enhancing lives and supporting communities with transportation and nutrition services.

Family Home Care (Private duty care)

This professional team is dedicated to your satisfaction and well being. With a staff of over 200 employees, FHC is ready to meet your needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All patient care is supervised by healthcare professionals and registered nurses to guarantee you receive the best care possible. All care is provided one-on-one in your home by carefully selected Home health Aides. All Family Home Care staff are licensed, trained, and meet rigorous background checks and qualifications. We have Nurses on staff to help manage cases and delegate tasks to our skilled caregivers.

Family Promise of the Palouse

Family Promise of the Palouse is a nonprofit organization that operates through an Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) to provide immediate shelter to homeless families in the community while helping people achieve lasting independence. A partnership of interfaith congregations in the Palouse community helps families who are facing homelessness. Family Promise is an affiliate of the national Family Promise program that has served more than 400,000 people – mostly children – over the past 20 years.


Families Together for People with Disabilities
Families Together was founded in 1986 in Pullman, Washington by parents, siblings and professionals to provide families with support and information using the Family Enrichment Weekend model. The Family Enrichment Weekend is a unique model that uses a combination of recreation, education, and performance to provide families with an exciting family experience that is filled with laughter, learning, and love.


Friends of Hospice

Hospice is a comprehensive program of care for terminally ill patients and their loved ones. Hospice emphasizes palliative rather than curative treatment; quality rather than quantity of life. Hospice helps patients and their families deal with end-of-life challenges in a life-affirming, compassionate way that brings dignity, hope, and love to every day. Comfort and professional medical care are given and sophisticated symptom relief is provided. The patient and family are included in the care plan. Medical, social, emotional, and spiritual support is given based on the patient’s wishes and family’s needs.


Gentiva Home Health & Hospice

When the doctor, patient and family decide that curative treatment is no longer an option, home hospice services may be the answer wherever home is, whether a skilled nursing facility, a friend or family member's place, or the house you've been living in for many years. Gentiva's hospice services allow patients to make the most of each day, at home surrounded by friends and family in a familiar, comfortable environment.


Inland Northwest Blood Center

INBC is an exclusive provider of blood banking services for Pullman Regional Hospital. We support weekly community blood drives conducted by INBC on site at the hospital.

At Pullman Regional Hospital, we provide access to multiple specialty clinics onsite that patients would normally have to travel to Spokane or Lewiston to receive services. These include:

Pre-Health Washington State University students work in the Pullman Regional Hospital Emergency Department conducting clinical research with the National Alliance of Research Associate Programs (NARAP), a non-profit clinical research organization facilitating large-scale research in the areas of screening and prevention.

Pullman Regional Hospital is a member of the Palouse Alliance, a non-profit regional group of health and human service agencies on the Palouse.

Palouse HIV Consortium

The Palouse HIV Consortium (PHC), a community-based, non-profit, tax-exempt corporation, assists HIV-positive persons living in the Palouse Region access appropriate and competent healthcare and social services, by soliciting, managing and disbursing funding.


Palouse Recovery

Palouse Recovery Center (PRC) is a State Certified Agency licensed by the State of Washington offering outpatient alcohol and drug education, treatment, counseling and rehabilitation.

Pullman Community Council on Aging

PCCoA is a group of caring citizens & professionals which has advocated for Pullman's senior citizens since 1973. Meals on Wheels, Guide to Senior Services, Senior Chore Service, foot-care and more. (509) 332-9627.


Pullman Transit Dial A Ride

Dial-A-Ride is primarily a “senior service” with ADA integration. ADA certification is offered, but is not required to be eligible for Dial-A-Ride service. For more information concerning ADA, contact Wayne Thompson at 509-338-3249.


Rural Resources Community Action

Since 1965, Rural Resources Community Action has helped residents of Northeastern Washington help themselves and each other. Through education, resources and support, we offer real hope to children, seniors and families, by working to create a stronger and more stable community for us all.

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories

Pullman Regional Hospital partners with SEL to provide community education and employee wellness through SEL health fairs.


Walla Walla Community College and Lewis & Clark State College

Pullman Regional Hospital provides onsite clinical and management rotations for these nursing students.


Willow Center

Willow Center for Grieving Children provides support to children, teens and their families who are grieving the death of a loved one. The preventive program provides group support coordinated by mental health professionals and trained volunteers to promote the expression of grief and loss; the understanding of death, loss and the process of grief; and decrease feelings of isolation associated with grief. Serving the region and currentlyserving families from Pullman, Genesee, Cottonwood, as well as the valley. Willow Center is the only organization between Boise and Spokane that is dedicated to serving the needs of grieving children, teens and their families in a free of charge, on-going open ended, support group format.

WSU Clinical Health Psychology

Through a unique partnership with Washington State University, Clinical Health Psychology doctoral students provide pre-natal and post-natal psychological consultation to women in Pullman Regional Hospital's BirthPlace, assist in coaching employees who are enrolled in the Employee Wellness Program, and provide assistance to medical/surgical patients and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation outpatients.

WSU Intercollegiate Nursing Center Program

Pullman Regional Hospital provides onsite clinical and management rotations for these nursing and imaging students.


YMCA of the Palouse

The YMCA of the Palouse currently operates after-school programs in Pullman’s three elementary schools, operates the Special Olympics of Whitman County and Special Olympics Young Athletes, and provides internships, practicums, and service learning opportunities. The Y also operates annual Spring Break Day Camp and Summer Day Camp corresponding with the Pullman School District breaks.

Pullman Regional Hospital works closely with Avalon to provide seamless transitions to patients and families as they move between the Hospital and Avalon. Patient Support Volunteers also provide regular visits to patients at this skilled nursing facility for long term care.

Moscow Village is a care center and senior living campus located on 22 beautifully landscaped acres in norther Idaho, nestled between Moscow Mountain and the rolling hills of the Palouse.
