About Inland Orthopaedics
Inland Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Clinic was formed in 1990 providing services in general orthopaedics, sports medicine and elective reconstructive surgery. Physicians are certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and are committed to providing the highest quality of care for our patients in a compassionate and professional environment. Inland Orthopaedics is a patient-centered practice placing priority on the care and dignity of patients throughout the course of their treatment. Dedicated to our communities in which they practice and live and they strive to ensure patients receive the care they need to regain the quality of life they desire.
Dr. Ed Tingstad attended medical school at the University of Washington and his residency at Vanderbilt University. He performed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Washington. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine in 2002. Dr. Tingstad serves as the team surgeon for the Washington State University athletics program. He has been practicing on the Palouse for 16 years.

Dr. Steve Pennington attended medical school at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon and his residency at Campbell Clinic at the University of Tennessee. He is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery Sports Medicine. Dr. Pennington serves as the team surgeon for the University of Idaho Athletics program. He has been practicing on the Palouse for 19 years.
